WHAT WE DO

Our capability ranges from machining tiny, often very complex parts, prototypes and pre-production components that range from batch sizes of 25 to continuous production.  For some customers we perform sub-assembly and final assembly services and include packaging for distribution.We machine materials as diverse as:

• special aerospace materials

How we achieve our goals:

At Unicut Precision we have an installed base of 14 Citizen CNC sliding head autos with a turn/mill capacity of 32 mm, 2 Star sliding head machines with a 16 mm capacity and 3 Miyano multi-axis mill/turn centres with a capacity up to 64 mm.

In addition, the latest Dürr programmable component wash system, an OGP Smart Scope non contact/touch probe 3-D measuring centre, a fully integrated materials handling system and tool control dispensing centre are installed.

In support of production, we have a fully integrated business system that covers from quotation through order processing, stocks, production scheduling, operational performance and full traceability.
